Alternatively, a minimum of 60 higher education credits is required in combination with two years of experience working with people with disabilities. The education must include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and\/or psychiatric care. Other education that the employer deems equivalent may also be accepted.\nCommunication is an important part of the work, which requires that you have a passing grade in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1.
