As a support pedagogue, you are a key person in the work of developing services for people with functional variation or mental health issues. Now we are looking for you who wants to contribute with both structure, commitment and knowledge and at the same time make a real difference.\n\nAs a support pedagogue, you work both close to the individual and with the activity's quality development. You are a support for colleagues in the pedagogical work, follow up interventions and contribute to raising the quality of daily support.\n\nThe role includes, among other things:\n\n- Design, monitor and document implementation plans\n\n- Work pedagogically with the individual based on their individual needs\n\n- Be a support for colleagues in methods and approach\n\n- Contribute to systematic quality work and development in the activity\n\n- Collaborate with relatives, colleagues and other professional actors\n\nYou work within LSS or social psychiatry, for example in a group home, service housing or daily activities.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou are a confident and responsible person who wants to contribute to a meaningful everyday life for others.
