You support colleagues in creating a holistic perspective of the individual with a focus on development, participation, and independence. You serve as a resource in methodological matters and work to ensure that implementation plans, documentation, and working methods maintain high quality.\n\nIn this role, you work closely with service users and combine pedagogical support with care services based on individual needs. Your responsibilities also include delegated health and medical care services as well as support to other disability support activities as needed.\n\nYou are a role model through your professional demeanor, your structure, and your ability to contribute to a safe and developmental work environment. As a Support Pedagogue, you are also part of a network with other support pedagogues where you regularly exchange experiences and contribute to the development of the operations.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with post-secondary education in this field with a focus on functional disabilities and a clear connection to working with people with intellectual, cognitive, or mental functional disabilities.
