Care work is part of the role.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with post-secondary education comprising at least 200 YH credits or 60 higher education credits. The education should have a clear focus on disability services and\/or behavioral sciences.\nTo be suitable for the position, we want you to have at least 1 year of experience working within LSS. You also have at least 1 year of experience working with people with autism and\/or intellectual disabilities.\nWe consider it a merit if you have previous experience with social documentation and MarteMeo. If you have also worked with children with disabilities, challenging behavior, or AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), that is an asset.\nYou have good computer skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.\nA valid B-category driver's license for manual transmission is required.\nSwimming proficiency is a merit.\nGreat weight is placed on personal suitability.
