During the work, you will, among other things, search for and compile information about Malm\u00f6's public art through research in archives, literature, and other relevant databases and develop a selection of public art that has interesting art historical value and is an important part of the city's cultural heritage.\n\nYou will produce editorial material about the selection of public art, such as texts about artists, artworks, and their history that can be used in an audio guide, and participate in follow-up and evaluation of the produced material to ensure quality and relevance. The student assistants' final product will be presented in the form of a report that will subsequently be adapted into an audio guide.\n\nAs a student assistant at Malm\u00f6 City, you will have the opportunity to practice your academic knowledge alongside your studies with assignments within our operations. Working hours can correspond to approximately 10-15 hours per week.\n\nQualifications\nThe student assistant program is directed at you who have completed at least 60 higher education credits and continue studying throughout the entire assignment period.\n\nWe are seeking students in art history, art science, ABM (Archives, Libraries, Museums), or related fields with an interest in educational and public engagement work.\n\nIt is advantageous if you have knowledge of Swedish contemporary art and art in public spaces.\n\nFor the assignment, you need to master Swedish and English in speech and writing. As a person, you are creative, proactive, independent, and responsible, have a good ability to express yourself in writing, while being humble and good at collaboration.
