Teachers, mentors, student services, and school leadership work closely together around students' learning, well-being, attendance, and future.\n\nYour assignment\nAs a career and educational advisor with us, you work closely with students throughout their upper secondary education. You guide them in study and career choices, further studies and working life, but your assignment is also about helping students see possibilities, find motivation, and believe in their own future.\nYou are part of the school's student services team and contribute your perspective to preventive and developmental work. Together with the principal, counselor, school nurse, special educator, and other staff, you work to early identify students who need support and find ways forward.\n\nYour duties include, among other things:\nConduct individual guidance meetings and work with group guidance\nSupport and motivate students in their study planning and future choices\nWork closely with students, mentors, teachers, and student services\nParticipate in the school's work on attendance, motivation, and goal achievement\nProvide information about educational paths, qualifications, further studies, and the job market\nContribute career and educational guidance perspectives to the school's systematic quality work\nCollaborate with guardians, other schools, authorities, the business sector, and other external partners.\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for you who are trained as a career and educational advisor and who enjoy working closely with young people.
