The work is performed on-site at Vuxenutbildningscentrum.\nYour Competence\nWe are looking for someone who is a qualified study and career counselor and has strong ability to use digital tools in your work. You express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and are confident when meeting people with different backgrounds, experiences, and needs.\nIt is a merit if you have good knowledge of the education system and experience working in adult education. Experience working with students who have protected identity is also a merit.\nAs a person, you are service-oriented, professional, and have a genuine interest in supporting people in their development. You have a strong ability to create trusting relationships and adapt your communication based on the individual's circumstances and needs.
