You guide and inform students both individually and in groups regarding upcoming academic and career choices and are expected to challenge assumptions and strengthen students' ability to make conscious and well-founded choices.\nYou work together with educators and the student welfare team in a promotional and preventive mission to increase motivation, good student welfare, and strengthened decision-making skills. Your tasks include administration related to upper secondary school admissions, planning and follow-up of PRAO in grade 8, and revision of the school's local career and educational guidance plan.\nThe role includes close collaboration with the school's staff and communication with guardians.\nAs part of Sollentuna Municipality, you are part of an active network of career and educational advisors and have access to support from the municipality's SYV coordinator, which provides excellent opportunities for experience sharing and professional development.\nQualifications\nAs a person, you are relationship-building and find it easy to build trust with students, guardians, and colleagues.
