Therefore, internships are especially important and part of your assignment. We want our youth to become aware of their own talents and strengths, and gain competence and knowledge to make well-founded choices for their further studies or work. Your role includes conducting motivating counseling conversations both individually and in groups, external contacts within the business sector, and being part of the transition process. This means being involved in the process and creating opportunities so that the young person is adapted into society with contacts that are beneficial for them and their future professional life. You work closely with our teachers and treatment staff, with a particular focus on motivation and guidance\u2014in short, being the link between school\/treatment and the student's future goals. It's a challenge but extremely interesting work!\nQualifications\nYour personal suitability is key to vital change.
