Your tasks include identifying, initiating, and driving studies within the cyber defense area. You serve as study secretary in the main study and other studies within the field. You coordinate cyber defense's study work with the rest of the Armed Forces and serve as a contact person for the comprehensive study and concept development work. The role also includes cooperation with other defense agencies and conducting environmental monitoring within the area.\nWe are looking for someone who meets one of the following requirements:\nMilitary education equivalent to at least level OF-2 or SO-7\nAt least two years of documented experience in development or study work\nAt least two years of documented experience in project management\/project coordination with good results\nVery good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and writing\nGood experience and ability to conduct oral presentations\n\nIt is meritorious if you have:\nEducation as an Armed Forces engineer\nExperience working with Armed Forces studies or concept-driven capability development\nExperience working with cyber issues\/cybersecurity\/cyber defense\nProject management training\nExperience leading projects with cooperation between different organizations\nEducation in data\/computer science\n\nPersonal characteristics\nFor us, it is important that you work according to a clear process and organize and plan your work well.
