Learn more about the department at the Department of Environmental Science.\nJob Duties\nYou will primarily work within the international master program TRACEE (Transdisciplinary Studies in Climate, Environment and Energy) offered by 11 European universities within the university alliance Civis and coordinated by the Department of Environmental Science. As academic advisor and international coordinator for TRACEE, you will have overall responsibility for student contact and matters concerning student mobility between institutions. The work thus involves close contact with the program's students, but also extensive coordination with the 10 other institutions. The role includes serving as vice chair of the program's working group for student support and collaboration with the chair from Universit\u00e9 de Marseille-Aix en Provence. The position includes a minor portion of handling the department's incoming and outgoing international students. Internally, the role involves close collaboration with the department's prefect, academic advisor, and coordinator for the TRACEE program, but also contacts with the faculty's and university's representatives for internationalization.\nQualifications\nHigher education degree.\nExperience with internationalization in educational matters in the higher education\/university sector.\nVery good ability to communicate well in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing.\n\nExperience with web work is a merit, as is experience in academic advising. As a person, you need to be well-organized, flexible, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
