The role involves daily contact and close collaboration with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. You'll be part of an engaged team consisting of operations technicians, electricians, refrigeration technicians, carpenters, and energy technicians, all working dedicatedly toward the same customer. Examples of work tasks include:\n\nTuning of control and automation functions for optimal operation of heating, cooling, and ventilation\n\n\nOperation monitoring, alarm handling, and optimization via control, automation, and monitoring systems\n\n\nControl and adjustment of operating hours, operating conditions, and other important parameters\n\n\nTroubleshooting, service, and maintenance\n\n\nDeveloping and proposing improvement measures and alternative solutions within building automation\n\n\nAssisting with analyses regarding energy and media monitoring\n\n\nSecurity-Classified Workplace\nThis is a security-classified workplace, which means you will undergo a security clearance before employment.\nTo succeed in the role, you have\n\nPost-secondary education in automation\/control and automation engineering.\n\n\nExperience with practical control engineering and programming within DUC or PLC\n\n\nKnowledge of control and monitoring systems and how different types of control functions affect indoor climate and operating strategies\n\n\nUnderstanding of control system structure and levels, system availability, modern\/smart technology, the difference between traditional and open systems\n\n\nProcess understanding of heating, cooling, ventilation, and how control and automation systems affect climate and functionality\n\n\nCommon functions of HVAC controllers, such as minimum limit functions and frost protection functions\n\n\nUnderstanding of basic control engineering concepts, symbols, and terminology according to Swedish standards\n\n\nKnowledge in electrical systems\n\n\nClass B driver's license\n\n\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who is engaged, takes initiative, and has a natural drive to continuously improve working methods and processes.
