A team with great cooperation and with diverse backgrounds is waiting for you to join!\nHow you'll make an impact\nUnderstand the contract, specifications, budget, scope and other relevant project documentation related to the different types of equipment in the scope of the Electrical Substation projects.\nParticipate and be a decisive team player in the coordination meetings where inspections are distributed within the Supplier Quality Inspector.\nPerform inspections in line with the time schedule and the different contractual milestones, producing the inspection reports according to the project requirements.\nYou care about delivering quality to the Customer and are not afraid to highlight the Customer's needs to the supplier to provide the best solution to the Customer.\nIdentify, estimate and report cost savings or cost avoidance based on outcome of the inspections.\nEngage and support the stakeholders in the usage of the appropriate database for tracking supplier inspections and punch items.\nEnsure all relevant documentation and punch items are correctly registered in the appropriate database.\nSupervise the Suppliers in the completion of the Inspection and Test Records and punch items on a regular basis based on the scope.\nRaise deviations when deemed relevant based on punches.\nTakes part in completions meetings with customer, supplier, and Hitachi personnel and provide leadership on the actions assigned.\n\nYour background\nTechnical \/ Engineering \/ Quality management education or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role.\nExperience with electrical substation equipment is considered an advantage.\nProficient oral and written communication skills, including technical documentation and reporting.\nAbility to build sustainable relationships with suppliers, customers and project stakeholders through clear communication, influencing and coordination.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize your workload and thrive in a highly autonomous environment.\nEnglish fluency (written and spoken).\nWillingness and availability to travel as part of the role (up to approximately 50% depending on project needs).\n\nMore About Us\nWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
