You will work both strategically and operationally and become an important part of creating an efficient, flexible, and reliable operation.\nYou will be part of the company's management team and responsible for the material and production chain.\nYour main areas of responsibility include:\n\nLead and develop production with a focus on quality, efficiency, and delivery reliability\n\n\nResponsible for production planning, capacity, and resource allocation\n\n\nLead and develop employees in production and supply chain\n\n\nWork with production development, continuous improvement, and efficient workflows\n\n\nParticipate in and drive investment planning and production development\n\n\nMonitor production economics and relevant key metrics\n\n\nEnsure efficient procurement processes and proper material supply\n\n\nWork with supplier development, ordering, and inventory levels\n\n\nResponsible for procurement of production-critical products and services\n\n\nEnsure efficient deliveries, transport, and logistics flows\n\n\nProduction employs approximately 20 employees, primarily technicians and machinery builders. Currently, there are two employees in procurement. The role therefore entails clear leadership responsibility while you are expected to be close to the operations and daily production.\n \n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES\nWe are looking for someone with experience from manufacturing industry and a good understanding of how production, material supply, procurement, and planning work together to create an efficient flow.\nFor example, you may have worked with production management, production planning, production engineering, procurement, or supply chain and feel ready to take on broader overall responsibility.\nWe would like to see that you have:\n\nExperience from manufacturing industry\n\n\nGood understanding of production planning and material flows\n\n\nExperience in leading and developing employees\n\n\nUnderstanding of procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration\n\n\nAn economical and business-minded approach\n\n\nGood system skills and ability to work structured with follow-up and key metrics\n\n\nRelevant technical, economic, or industrial education is a merit\n\n\nAs a person, you are driven, structured, and solution-oriented.
