As part of our engaged team and subject group, you will work together with your colleagues to truly make a difference in students' development. Our strong belief in students' potential permeates our teaching, and you will work together with your colleagues to create a safe, structured, and developmental learning environment where students have the opportunity to be both challenged and stimulated.\n\nIn the role, you work closely with both teaching colleagues and support pedagogues in close collaboration, where our shared mission is to lead and support students in their social and academic development. You will also have responsibility for mentoring a class, which gives you the opportunity to create long-term relationships and contribute to a positive school day.\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\n\nWe are looking for someone with a Swedish teaching degree in craft and design and Swedish teaching certification. You are a pedagogue with good insight and the ability to translate the curriculum's goals into your daily work. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared, and you have clear leadership that makes you stand strong in your student groups and create a positive learning environment.\n\nFor us, collaboration is a key factor for success, and we are therefore looking for someone who sees the importance of collegial learning, clear routines, and shared approaches.\n\nYou are open, communicate in a straightforward and humble manner, and create trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
