You'll:\n\nOwn technical solutions within control systems, software, communication, and integration\nSolve complex technical problems from development and testing through commissioning and operation\nDevelop generic and reusable software and further develop our automation platform\nOwn the development model and the chain from requirements to functionality, testing, and documentation\nDrive the use of AI in engineering work and contribute technical expertise in tender work\nOwn the architecture of how hardware and software connect, and develop standardized solutions for control systems, I\/O, networks, and instrumentation\nRaise your colleagues' technical level through documentation, reviews, and mentorship\n\nYou'll work across multiple projects and report to the CTO. The role is primarily focused on developing and improving our technical solutions. You don't need to know everything from the start \u2013 but you need to be able to take responsibility for finding solutions.\n\nA driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.\n\nMore About the Position and Recruitment Process\n\nThe position is based in Uddevalla, where you'll work close to the CTO and other technical specialists. You'll have the opportunity to manage your own time and sometimes work remotely.\n\nTravel is a minor part of the role and is mainly needed for commissioning onboard and at quay facilities. This involves limited travel within Sweden and occasional trips within Europe.\n\nWe work on assignments that require security clearance.
