At the same time, you see the value of new digital opportunities and use AI as a natural support for learning, problem-solving, and development in your daily work.\nWhat You'll Work With at S\u00f6dra\nAs a System Specialist, you will be an important part of S\u00f6dra's IT operations, where you contribute to ensuring that our business-critical systems are available, secure, and functioning effectively in everyday operations.\nYou will, among other things:\n\nHandle and coordinate IT-related incidents together with our suppliers and partners, and lead the work to ensure proper prioritization and progress.\n\n\nEnsure that servers, infrastructure, and platforms meet S\u00f6dra's requirements for availability and IT security.\n\n\nWork with operations and management of our infrastructure in Azure and on-premises.\n\n\nParticipate in projects and change initiatives related to new technology and new ways of working.\n\n\nContribute to continuous improvements within operations, processes, and IT security.\n\n\nAct as a requester and requirements setter in dialogue with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Contribute through informal leadership, collaboration, and clear decision-making.\n\n\nWork closely with our IT architects to contribute knowledge in strategic decisions.\n\n\nYou will be part of a team of six employees responsible for operations of servers, networks, and applications. The work is conducted in close collaboration with consultants and other parts of the IT organization in an environment characterized by Microsoft products and Azure as the platform.\nThis is a permanent full-time position based in V\u00e4xj\u00f6. We use a hybrid arrangement where office presence is expected approximately 2-3 days per week.\nWho Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for someone who is driven, self-directed, and goal-oriented, while also having a calm and structured work approach.
