You work closely with the support organization, customers and various technical functions to analyze incidents, identify recurring problems and find opportunities to improve the stability, efficiency and functionality of the systems.\n\nThe role combines technical problem-solving and analysis with a clear customer focus. For example, you will work with SQL databases, log files and system data to understand what lies behind various issues and then drive or support the work to find long-term solutions.\n\nAn important part of the role is also continuous improvement work.
