You will handle incoming tickets in the ticket management system, both independently and together with your colleagues. The tickets can be incident-related but also involve changes or new features, which means you will work seamlessly between incidents, changes, and problem tickets in our ITIL process. Since we work in a team according to the SAFe agile framework, we also use other tools to maintain a developmental environment and workflow.
