Working extensively in our ERP system, you will ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, and smooth communication between suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.\nThis is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and processes while delivering excellent service.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess and manage purchase orders and customer orders in the ERP system\n\n\nEnsure accurate order data, pricing, quantities, and delivery information\n\n\nMonitor open orders and proactively follow up on deliveries and order status\n\n\nMaintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders\n\n\nResolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and material availability challenges\n\n\nSupport inventory management and operational purchasing activities\n\n\nMaintain high data quality and contribute to process improvements\n\n\nSupport reporting and other administrative tasks related to order management\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in purchasing, order management, supply chain, or similar operational roles\n\n\nStrong hands-on ERP experience is essential\n\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\n\n\nStructured, detail-oriented, and service-minded\n\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\n\nExcellent professional communication in English\n\n\nExperience from the electronics industry or other supply chain-intensive industries is an advantage.\nWhy J2 Sourcing?\nAt J2 Sourcing, we combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong team spirit and value-driven culture.
