We operate 24\/7, 365 days a year.\n\nIn this announcement, we're seeking staff for a 57.5% day shift position. This role also includes some hours in the lost and found department, so you must be comfortable with standard tasks such as:\n\nCustomer contact via email, phone, and over the counter.\nReception and registration of lost items in our system.\nLocating and tracing owners of lost items we receive.\n\nAs a cleaner, you play an important role in passengers' travel experience. You must be thorough, flexible, and sometimes solve situations that arise quickly. This could involve changes in schedules or delayed trains, where you need to be creative and solve the situation in the best possible way. You need to be independent but also have good collaboration skills.\n\nWe place great value on good customer service skills among our employees.
