You must be thorough, flexible, and sometimes solve urgent situations quickly. This could involve changes in schedules or delayed trains\u2014in such cases, you need to be creative and solve the situation in the best possible way. You need to be independent but also have good collaboration skills.\nWe place great value on excellent customer service from our employees.
