In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our leaders and businesses by attracting, assessing, and hiring the talent needed to drive Boliden forward.\n\nWho you will work with\nYou will be part of our Talent Acquisition team and work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and candidates throughout the recruitment journey. The position can be based in Kiruna, G\u00e4llivare, Lule\u00e5, Pite\u00e5 or Skellefte\u00e5. Since the role supports our operations in Aitik, you should be prepared to spend time on site in G\u00e4llivare, approximately 2-3 days per week or every other week, depending on business needs and recruitment activities.\n\nWhat you will do\nLead recruitment processes from workforce planning and requirement analysis through to hiring\nPartner with managers and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process\nDeliver a professional, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience\nCollaborate closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across the organization\nEnsure recruitment processes are conducted in a structured, fair, and competency-based way\n\nWhat you bring\nA university degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience\nExperience within recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills\nThe ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining quality and structure\nExperience working with digital recruitment tools and systems\nProfessional working proficiency in both Swedish and English, as the role involves close collaboration with managers, candidates, and stakeholders across the business\nB-Driver license\n\nTo succeed in this role\nYou are proactive, well-organized, and able to build trust with people at all levels of the organization.
