You have experience working with both job postings and proactive recruitment, preferably with hard-to-fill profiles.\n\nYou have a clear analytical approach and are accustomed to using data and insights to make decisions and develop your work. At the same time, you're a skilled communicator who enjoys a consultative role where you support and challenge managers on recruitment matters. You're curious and development-oriented, with a genuine interest in people and competency matters.
