The program combines education with guidance at the clinic from an experienced mentor and gives you a safe and inspiring start to your professional life. The program spans 12 months and includes a comprehensive training plan with courses, mentoring, and observation sessions with our specialists. The trainee year concludes with an examination where you present one or two clinical patient cases you have followed during the program.\n\nYou will be employed full-time and work with patients from day one. With support from your mentor and the rest of the clinic team, you will have a safe introduction to your new role and good opportunities to develop quickly in your profession. Through the training opportunities within the trainee program, you also get the chance to meet other trainees, exchange experiences, and build contacts within the organization.
