Welcome to Public Dental Care!\nWe are now seeking an independent dental hygienist who understands the importance of good service and excellent patient care.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nAt Public Dental Care Fr\u00f6lunda Kulturhus, you will meet patients of all ages with many different care needs. As a dental hygienist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will use your full range of skills while the position also demands creativity, empathy and customer service orientation.\nThe position includes:\nAssisting with examinations and treatments\nWorking with your own patients on preventive treatments, inductions, oral health counseling or acclimation treatment\nWork in the sterile area and at reception\n\nWe currently have a total of 24 employees distributed across the clinic's 8 treatment rooms. Please read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Fr\u00f6lunda Kulturhus, Gothenburg.\nRequired Qualifications and Profile\nDental hygienist with education approved by MYH (Swedish Agency for Higher Vocational Education)\nInterest in both pediatric and adult dental care\nStrong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written\nAbility to independently handle administrative tasks\nCapacity to organize and prioritize work efficiently and wisely\nAbility to project a calm and stable demeanor even when there is much to do\nAbility to collaborate and relate to other people in an attentive manner\nContribute to the development of the clinic by actively participating in improvement work\n\nIf you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly educated dental hygienists.\nAbout the Recruitment Process\nThe first step in the recruitment process is a digital interview with HR. After the application deadline, the clinic manager will review the applicants and invite candidates to interviews at the clinic.
