When our regular staff are absent, we need substitutes for a variety of roles, including:\n\n- Teacher substitute\n- Afterschool care substitute\n- Substitute in practical roles\n\nThis is a position based on need for short and medium-term assignments. Our regular substitute team is always considered first for longer assignments, providing excellent opportunities for career development.\n\nWho We Are Looking For\n\nYou don't need to be a certified teacher, but you should be a hardworking, positive, and reliable team player who enjoys working with children. We are looking for someone who:\n\n- Has an EU passport or valid work permit for Sweden until at least June 2027.\n- Is comfortable working in English or Swedish.\n- Has academic studies or experience working with young people.\n- Has relevant studies or work experience in teaching, pedagogy, psychology, or social work (these are strong qualifications).\n- Is engaged, professional, and has a positive personality.\n\nYou will have the opportunity to indicate your preferences for which roles, subjects, and age groups you feel most comfortable with.
