Therefore, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and well in English.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a special education teacher, you work both directly with students and in a consultative capacity with the school's teachers. Depending on student needs, you work individually, in small groups, and in the classroom.\n\nAn important part of the position is to assess and support students' mathematical development. You plan, implement, and follow up on targeted interventions for students who need particular support in mathematics. You also guide teachers in how mathematics instruction can be adapted and made more accessible.\n\nYou will become an important part of the school's SEN team and work closely with the student support team, our Student Care Manager, our Academic Managers, and school leadership.
