The team develops products such as strollers, car seats, child carriers, and other products that enable an active family life.\nYou will coordinate work and resources across development projects, ensuring smart, stable, and technically sound solutions are delivered on time and at the right cost. You will also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and coaching team members, creating an environment where people can grow and take ownership.\nYou will contribute to the development of methods, processes, and efficient ways of working within Thule Soft Goods, in collaboration with other Soft Goods development teams. You will also ensure the quality of technical documentation and participate in the drawing release and engineering change processes.\nWhile primarily focused on leadership, you will also be hands-on when needed, contributing to product design and development within project teams. You will work closely with colleagues across Product Development and other functions to strengthen our technical capabilities and deliver great products to our customers.\n \nWhat you bring\nTo be successful in this role, we believe you have a university degree and extensive experience within soft goods development, preferably from outdoor or lifestyle products. You have strong experience in product development and a solid understanding of soft goods and textile development, including manufacturing processes and construction methods.\nYou have proven people management skills and enjoy developing and motivating others. You are able to create clarity, allocate work and resources effectively, and support your team in delivering high-quality results.\nIn addition, you bring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong \"get things done\" attitude.
