Of course, you actively participate in the daily retail work.\nYou'll learn the knowledge and skills needed to eventually take on a team lead role. This is a stepping stone for advancing your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager.\nYou work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics.\nYou're part of management in the store and have the team lead job description on your development plan.
