You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied \u2013 and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling!\n\nWhat will you do?\nEach day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks include:\nEnsure that daily operations on the sales floor run smoothly by leading and distributing work.\nBe a role model in customer interactions and inspire colleagues so that our customers leave the store feeling they've had a world-class experience.\nWork together with the Sales Manager to plan, monitor, and develop work in the department.\nWork to coordinate resources and ensure that expertise is used efficiently to achieve set goals.\nContribute to offering our customers a fresh and inviting fish and deli department.\nCollaborate with colleagues throughout the store \u2013 we are a team and help where needed!\n\nYou report to the Sales Manager for Fresh Products, who has personnel responsibility for the department.\n\n\nWho are you?\nYou are a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and drive. A friendly greeting and a desire to inspire and develop other people are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in fresh products and selling goods? Great! Do you have leadership experience from before \u2013 even better!\nWe believe that you:\nHave a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing.
