You will arrange for substitute staff when needed and ensure that both customers and employees have a good day at work!\nThe role involves customer contact, which requires a strong service mindset with care and consideration\u2014core values of MIAB.\nYou will also perform facility services work with our customers during your workday as needed. You are flexible and always ready to step in as a facility services worker if necessary to ensure customer delivery. You work alongside colleagues in the same position and report to the Operations Manager.\nWe travel between customer locations by car, which requires that you hold a Class B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles and drive safely and responsibly.\nThe work also involves using our systems, which requires data skills.\nLanguage requirement for the position: Swedish\nSwedish language proficiency is required\u2014ability to speak, read, and communicate in simple Swedish.\nAbout you:\nYou are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You work well both independently and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in facility services and certifications such as SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800.
