You lead by being part of the sales team that meets our customers. With clear and motivating leadership, you create engagement, structure, and results.\nYou report to the store manager and serve as deputy when needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs Sales Team Lead, you're responsible for leading and allocating daily work in the store based on the business plan and priorities. You create engagement through clear communication, daily meetings, and follow-up, and serve as a role model in sales and service. You develop employees through coaching, feedback, and skills development.\nYou ensure that customer interactions maintain the highest quality, follow up on campaigns and key metrics, optimize inventory levels and availability, and handle operational disruptions and safety risks.
