You're part of the operational team and work yourself with picking, packing, and forklift driving. At the same time, you need to look beyond today's delivery and see what the operation needs to function well. With the move, your ability to create structure becomes particularly important. You need to see what's missing, identify needs, and turn them into practical solutions together with the team. You maintain close dialogue with staff and create clarity around priorities, responsibilities, and expectations. When something doesn't go according to plan, you focus on what needs to be done and help where the need is greatest. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture. You notice what's missing, what creates unnecessary obstacles, and where clearer structure or new work methods are needed.
