We are a Swedish company that develops, manufactures and markets products and concepts for flow control. Headquarters, production and research & development with 100 employees are located in Markaryd.\n \nWe are now looking for a driven team leader for our thermostat and sensor department in Markaryd.\nAs a team leader with us, you work overall with leading and distributing work in the department in consultation with your immediate supervisor. Based on the business system, you fine-plan and prioritize production orders within the frameworks set by your immediate supervisor and the logistics department.\nYour task is also to monitor product quality within your area of responsibility, follow up on rejections and rework. You work with root cause analyses, corrective and preventive measures in the department.
