Social Psychiatry encompasses multiple operations and target groups, which makes the assignment both varied and developmental.\nResponsibilities\nAs a team leader, you are responsible for daily operations and serve as close support to staff members. You work with staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, quality monitoring, documentation, and operational development. You ensure that routines, guidelines, and implementation plans are followed and contribute to creating effective and sustainable work methods.\nThe role is operational and event-driven. You need to thrive in an operation where conditions can change quickly and where you may need to switch between staffing issues, quality work, operational development, and staff support on the same day. To succeed, you need to be able to prioritize, make decisions, and maintain structure even when many issues are ongoing simultaneously.\nQualifications\nYou have relevant post-secondary education. Preferably in social work, behavioral science, social pedagogy, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. It is qualifying to have experience in healthcare and care or social services, good administrative skills, documentation experience, and good knowledge of Swedish.
