This makes identity and access management a central part of ongoing product development.\n\n\nThe organization is characterized by short decision paths, high pace, and significant personal responsibility.\n\n\nThe Role\nAs Tech Lead IAM, you'll have overall responsibility for identity, authentication, user lifecycles, and authorization management in the platform.\n\n\nThe role is clearly development-focused. You'll develop services, APIs, and integrations within the IAM area, with particular focus on external Identity Providers and other identity and directory services. You'll work with standards like OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML2, as well as solutions for roles, permissions, and access.\n\n\nAlongside development, you'll drive architectural decisions and the long-term technical direction for the area. You'll serve as a technical sounding board for other developers and work closely with product, security, and operations to turn requirements into working solutions.\n\n\nThis isn't a role where all requirements are predefined.
