You enjoy building teams as much as systems and are motivated by solving complex technical challenges.\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you have:\n\nSeveral years of experience as a senior developer, Tech Lead, or systems architect.\n\n\nSolid experience with .NET, C#, Azure, and modern web solutions.\n\n\nExperience with React, Next.js, and modern development workflows such as Git, Docker, and CI\/CD.\n\n\nGood understanding of distributed systems, API design, and scalable architecture.\n\n\nExperience using AI in product development or software development.
