Working in close collaboration with designers and buyers, you drive product development from a fit perspective according to trends and strategies. By creating, adjusting and grading patterns, developing size specifications and ensuring consistency of fit.\n\nYou use both 2D and 3D tools such as Lectra and CLO to secure efficient workflow and precise results. You lead fittings, create patterns and gradings. Suggest smart construction solutions that will contribute to responsible choices.\n\nWe believe you have the following profile:\n\nHigher education within technical design or equivalent experience, with 3+ years as a Technical Designer within fashion\n\nExperience with Kids wear and functional outerwear\/garment is considered a plus\n\nStrong expertise in technical design, grading, textile materials and production processes, with advanced skills in 2D CAD (e.g. Lectra) and 3D tools (e.g. CLO)\n\nProven ability to lead and drive the fit and technical design process forward, in close collaboration with Designers and Buyers\n\nExperience working in a PLM system is a plus; fluent in English\n\nAs a person you are:\n\nFashion-driven with a curious and flexible mindset, using insights to continuously evolve fit over time\n\nCollaborative team player who thrives in an ever-changing, cross-functional environment\n\nYou recognize yourself in our values \u2013 Inclusive, Courageous and Joyful!\n\nAre you interested?\n\nThis is a full-time role, with a preferred start date in the beginning of December.
