People like you are needed to make it happen.\nWe are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Center of Expertise High Pressure Homogenization team in Lund.\nThis is a senior role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, ownership and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the technical direction of a global product portfolio, translating business and customer needs into sustainable technical solutions while ensuring competitiveness, safety and performance throughout the product lifecycle. As our organization evolves, you will also play an important role in improving ways of working, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and driving execution excellence.\nThis position is based in Lund, Sweden.\nTo support the operational requirements of this role, priority will be given to candidates who are already based locally and have the legal right to work in the country.\nWhat you will do\nAs Technical Product Owner, you will act as the link between business needs, product strategy and technical execution. You will own the technical specification and development direction of assigned product areas and ensure alignment between customer value, technical feasibility and long-term business goals.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDefine, maintain and continuously improve technical product specifications and architecture.\nLead technical product definition, system integration and configuration management activities.\nBuild, prioritize and manage the technical backlog together with key stakeholders.\nEvaluate technical feasibility, risks and impacts of new opportunities, improvements and innovations.\nDrive technical roadmaps and contribute to long-term product strategy.\nCoordinate specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.\nSupport design reviews, development activities and decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.\nDrive improvements in product governance, development processes and cross-functional ways of working.\nCreate clarity around priorities, ownership, technical decisions and development activities.\nStrengthen collaboration between R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Service and Commercial teams.\nAs part of the role, you will also act as Equipment & Food Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with relevant safety, hygienic design, food safety and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.\nWhile the role has no formal people management responsibility, you are expected to lead through influence, build alignment across functions and drive initiatives independently.\nWe believe you have\nMaster's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial etc.) or equivalent technical background.\nExtensive experience in product development, systems engineering, technical product management or a similar role.\nExperience from food processing equipment, industrial machinery, process technology or related industries.\nStrong understanding of complex technical systems and product lifecycles.\nProven ability to translate customer and business needs into technical solutions.\nExperience working in cross-functional and international environments.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.\nExcellent English, both written and spoken.\nExperience within High Pressure Homogenization, agile ways of working, PLM\/configuration management, food safety or machinery safety regulations is considered an advantage.\nWho you are\nYou are a self-driven and structured professional with a strong sense of ownership.
