Experience with Linux and Windows-based server environments. Ability to independently develop and improve technical platform services. Ability to systematically upgrade the technical skills of team members. Experience in large-scale and mission-critical IT environments. Good ability to express yourself in speaking and writing in Swedish and English. Comfortable presenting to groups. Relevant higher education or equivalent certification and work experience. Strong analytical and conceptual ability to identify, structure, and document requirements and develop technical solutions.
