The role is both operational and development-focused, and you work closely with production, quality, and other functions.\n\n\nYour main responsibilities include:\nLead, plan, and develop maintenance and technology work\nEnsure high operational reliability and availability in production\nPlan and develop preventive and corrective maintenance\nResponsible for maintenance of production equipment, machinery, and technical installations\nResponsible for facilities and technical systems such as cooling, ventilation, water, plumbing, and electrical\nDrive technical improvement, investment, and development projects\nCoordinate contractors, service companies, and suppliers\nResponsible for service, inspections, and technical documentation\nEnsure the maintenance system is used for planning, work allocation, fault reporting, feedback, and follow-up\n\n\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a confident and solution-oriented leader with broad technical understanding. You thrive close to operations and can combine daily operations with long-term and structured improvement work.\nWe see that you have:\nSeveral years of experience in technology, operations, and maintenance within industry or production\nExperience leading or supervising a technical team\nGood technical understanding of mechanics, electrical, and\/or automation\nExperience with preventive and corrective maintenance\nExperience working systematically in maintenance systems\nGood knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written\nClass B driver's license\n\nFor us, experience with maintenance systems is important. We work in Mainter, where maintenance work is planned, allocated, documented, and followed up.
