The assignment is expected to start immediately and will run for at least 6 months. This is a full-time position (100%).\n\nYour Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will work on conducting needs analyses for property owner investments. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and monitoring multi-year maintenance plans as well as inventorying maintenance for technical installations. As a consultant in this role, you will also work on maintenance and smaller projects.\n\nYour responsibilities will also include:\n\nPreparing materials for investment planning.\n\nLeading steering committees during the implementation of construction projects where you are the project owner.\n\nFollowing up on commissioned construction projects.\n\nReceiving and reviewing project documentation with support from specialists.\n\nEnsuring that correct information is maintained in the property management systems.\n\nManaging the technical installations of the property objects.\n\nPlanning measures based on energy plans for assigned property objects.\n\nIncident reporting and damage claims.\n\nParticipating in strategic process work and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsuring that measures from audits and inspections of property systems are implemented.\n\nPerforming rounds as needed.\n\nContributing to development within your work area and participating in internal development projects.\n\nIn this role, you will also have overall responsibility for preserving, developing, and enhancing property objects from a building technical perspective.
