You collaborate with various technical experts and become an important link between technical information and the users and customers who need to understand it.\n\nAbout the job\n\nAs a technical communicator, you work with creating, developing, and quality-assuring technical product documentation within our projects and product support assignments. This could include, for example, instruction and repair manuals, spare parts catalogs, training materials, and other technical publications.\n\nYou work closely with engineers, product managers, and other functions to gather and understand technical materials and translate them into clear, accurate, and usable documentation.\n\nThe role also includes clear coordination responsibilities. You plan and oversee documentation deliveries within your area and coordinate your own and others' work prior to delivery. Through reviews and feedback from users, you also contribute to continuously improving the quality of both the documentation and our working methods.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n\nCreate and maintain technical product documentation within projects and product support assignments.\nWork with, for example, instruction and repair manuals, spare parts catalogs, and training materials.\nReview and edit technical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.\nCollaborate with technical functions to gather and quality-assure information.\nPlan and coordinate documentation deliveries within your area of responsibility.\nLead and oversee your own and others' work prior to deliveries.\nCapture user feedback and contribute to continuous improvements.\n\nQualifications\n\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\nEducation in technology, communication, or an equivalent field.\nExperience with publication development and technical documentation, or alternatively a technical background combined with strong documentation skills.\nStrong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear and accessible text.\nExcellent written communication skills.\nVery good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.\nAbility to plan, lead, and coordinate work.\n\nAs a person, you are meticulous and quality-conscious while being flexible and solution-oriented.
