The department is organized into three units.\n\nThe Preparedness Unit is responsible for leading and coordinating the city's work with civil preparedness, which means developing overarching planning for Stockholm's handling of various types of crises and societal disruptions \u2013 including heightened preparedness and war.\n\nYour Role\n\nThe Preparedness Unit works with complex and challenging issues in a large and changing organization. The international situation and new legislation make the assignment development-oriented. We are seeking a strategist with a focus on development and continuity management of infrastructure and technical systems within civil preparedness, such as facilities, communications, logistics and mobility.
