At Danvikshem, all operations are located in the same area, which creates a family-like culture with close collaboration between different functions and strong commitment to our residents.\nAbout the Role\nAs Technical Director, you have overall responsibility for property operations, maintenance, safety, and development of Danvikshem's real estate portfolio. The role encompasses both strategic and operational responsibility and involves leading, delegating, and following up on work within the technical department. You have personnel responsibility for seven employees and are responsible for creating conditions for engagement, collaboration, and competence development within the team.\nYou are part of the management group and actively contribute to the overall development of operations. Together with other managers, you work long-term to develop operations, strengthen internal processes, and ensure that Danvikshem continues to be a safe and attractive environment for residents, employees, tenants, and visitors.\nAn important part of the assignment is to develop work methods, processes, and procedures within the property and technical areas.
