Here you will be part of a creative and engaged operation where people with different skills work together to create productions that move and inspire.\n\nWhat does the role entail?\n\nAs Technical Director, you are responsible for \u00d6stg\u00f6tateatern's technical production department and its personnel, which includes theater technicians, stage managers, lighting, sound, transport, props, and technical coordinators. The department consists of 20 permanent employees as well as additional staff brought in as needed.\n\nIn this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the theater's productions are planned and executed at a high technical level, where artistic ambitions can be realized in the best possible way. The Technical Director reports directly to the Theater Director and is part of the theater's management group, and is therefore expected to contribute to \u00d6stg\u00f6tateatern's overall public and strategic goals.\n\nWho are you?\n\nWe are seeking someone who wants to contribute to a positive work environment in the department.
