The environment includes a hybrid data center, Microsoft 365, Citrix, WAN\/LAN\/WiFi, telephony, and IT security for both the service office and our stores throughout the country.\nWe are now looking for a Technical Project and Infrastructure Manager who wants to play a key role in modernizing and developing Mio's technical platform.\nAbout the Role\nAs Technical Project and Infrastructure Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating the development of Mio's infrastructure platform. Your task is to ensure that initiatives, projects, and improvement efforts are executed with the right prioritization, quality, and delivery precision.\nThe role requires you to have a broad technical background but to be passionate about planning, prioritization, coordination, and tracking deliverables.\nYou report to the Head of IT Operations & Support and are part of IT's operational leadership team, where you contribute to planning, prioritization, and development of our technical roadmap.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs Technical Project and Infrastructure Manager, you will be the hub in developing Mio's technical platform. You drive initiatives from idea to implementation and ensure that our investments in infrastructure and IT platforms create real value for the business. The role involves close collaboration with internal specialists, external vendors, and various parts of the business.\nYou will, among other things:\nPlan, lead, and follow up on technical projects and development initiatives.\nPrioritize and coordinate activities between IT, the business, and external partners.\nEnsure that deliverables are executed according to established goals, timelines, and quality requirements.\nTake responsibility for governance of selected technical areas.\nContribute to developing processes within lifecycle management, change management, and patch management.\nFollow up on vendors, support agreements, and SLAs, and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nYou will work in a complex and business-critical IT environment that supports both the service office and our stores throughout Sweden.
