You will be part of our R&D department in Eskilstuna and work in close collaboration with engineers, technicians, the marketing department, and external partners. The position may involve occasional travel within Sweden as well as occasional trips abroad. You report directly to the Technical Director.\nKey responsibilities\nProject Coordination:\nLead and support projects from idea to final delivery, both internally and together with partners, suppliers, and testing institutes.\nRelationship Building\n& Customer Contact: Represent Calix in meetings with customers, listen to and interpret specifications, and support the marketing department with requests by proposing timelines and budgets.\nStructure &\nPlanning: Create, maintain, and report timelines, project budgets, and associated documentation in our shared forums.\n\nYour profile and\ncompetencies\nWe are looking for an engaged colleague who finds it easy to build trust, listen, and develop long-term relationships.
