Our headquarters and our 11,000 m\u00b2 warehouse are located in Ljungby.\nAbout the Position\nAs technical support, you will be part of a team of six people and work primarily with technical questions and claims handling for our resellers.\nThe role involves problem-solving, ongoing contact with resellers, colleagues, and suppliers, as well as responsibility for handling your cases in a structured and efficient manner.\nYou work independently but with an experienced team around you. Decision-making processes are short and there are good opportunities to influence and develop both your own work and our working methods.\nWho Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for someone with good technical understanding and problem-solving skills. Experience from the vehicle industry, workshop, technical support, or similar is a merit.\nYou are organized, responsible, and able to prioritize when multiple cases need to be handled simultaneously.
